The promoter of this refer-a-colleague scheme (the “Scheme”) is William Alexander Recruitment Ltd registered in England and Wales under company number 07082247 and with registered office at 4th Floor Sheridan House, 112-116 Western Road, Hove, England, BN3 1DD (“William Alexander”). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms govern the Scheme and apply to both referrers and friends (both as described below).
Who can make a referral?
This Scheme is open to candidates who have been placed in a role by William Alexander Recruitment at any time, or current or past associates of Stellarmann (formerly William Alexander Consulting).
This scheme is not open to direct employees of Wellcombe Group, Stellarmann or William Alexander.
How to take part
Send your friend a link to www.william-alexander.com/referrals and ask them to complete their details there, including your name as the person who referred them.
Qualifying criteria
To qualify, your friend must not already be on the William Alexander database of candidates.
There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.
This Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Rewards
You will receive £500 for every friend you refer, to whom we offer a permanent or contract role via William Alexander within 12 months of the referral, where they remain in post for three months or longer.
You will receive £1000 for every friend you refer, to whom we offer a Stellarmann engagement within 12 months of the referral, where the engagement is for three months or longer.
Referral fees will be paid into your nominated bank account within 14 days of us receiving your invoice. We will send you a reminder to send us your invoice when your colleague has completed three months of their contract.
Terms
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in William Alexander's privacy notice available at https://william-alexander.com/privacy-policy . William Alexander reserves the right to terminate, suspend, cancel or amend the Scheme and/or review and revise these terms at any time without giving prior notice. Any changes to these terms will be published on William Alexander's website. William Alexander will withhold rewards if it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity. All decisions made by William Alexander are final. William Alexander reserves the right to refuse to apply this Scheme and/or to send a reward to anyone in breach of these terms or where their contract is in dispute.
