<p>Many key hiring managers have enjoyed Anna&rsquo;s consistent and personal approach for years; her excellent listening skills mean she is great at finding the best suited candidates for permanent and contract roles. &nbsp;</p>
<p>Anna also sits on William Alexander&rsquo;s CSR committee, which has seen her abseiling the Brighton i360 for charity although she draws the line at swimming with sharks.</p>

Anna Myland

<h5>Will is the William of William Alexander, launching the business with his friend Alex in 2010. He retains overall responsibility for revenue growth, as well as embedding our vision, values and strategy across the team.</h5>

<p>Will loves seeing our people progress in their careers and puts a lot of value on long term relationships. He is also particularly proud of our CSR efforts which have seen over &pound;70k given to local charities which specialise in giving people from disadvantaged backgrounds, skills to help them into employment.</p>

Will Larcombe

<h5 dir="ltr">Susie has devised marketing strategies for several recruitment agencies during her previous life as a marketing consultant, and also worked extensively in the umbrella and contractor accounting sector.&nbsp;</h5>

Paul Tapson

<p>It&rsquo;s why she aims to be a reliable and professional consultant for the project managers, business analysts, software testers and technical architects she works with every day.</p>
<p>This includes open and honest communication and an insistence on not pigeonholing candidates. Liv agrees with Steven Bartlett who said that the ability to recruit great people is the single biggest defining factor about where you end up.<br>Liv is also our resident poet, writing one poem per day, every day in 2023!</p>
