Becky is a Level 5 CIPD qualified HR professional and is responsible for nurturing our winning culture and keeping William Alexander a great place to work.
This includes workforce planning, resourcing and talent planning, learning and development, performance and rewards and employee engagement.
Becky is also embedding our approach to equity, diversity & inclusion, seeing it not as a one-off training session to be forgotten about, but an ongoing conversation about creating opportunities for everyone and removing barriers to meaningful work.
