William Alexander is proud to share a major milestone in our commitment to security and data privacy. We have successfully achieved ISO 27001 certification under the latest 2022 standard, advancing from the previous 2013 version. 

As a recruitment agency, we've always taken information security seriously. We understand that we are handling high volumes of the most sensitive data and working with clients in the highly regulated financial services and insurance sector.  

Our ISO 27001 certification for information security allows us to give a level of confidence to our candidates and clients about how data is managed and looked after, but also to receive independent expert advice on areas where we could improve.

The ISO/IEC 27001 standard enables organisations to establish an information security management system and apply a risk management process that is adapted to their size and needs, and scale it as necessary as these factors evolve.

We hold this accreditation alongside ISO 9001 quality standards.
