Senior Service Desk Analyst - M365 / Intune / Cisco / Meraki
I am currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Service Desk Analyst for a Specialty insurance client of ours based in central London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong Service Desk Anlayst working in 2nd - 3rd line with potential to move into a team lead role in the future.
Experience required:
- Incident / Problem Management
- Service Improvement / Change Management
- Very Technical as there is no escalation point beyond this
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft 365 / Active Directory / Azure / Exchange
- Cisco
- Meraki
- Intune
- Strong ITIL Knowledge (Ideally Certified)
This is a permanent position paying up to £55,000
Hybrid working - 3 days a week on-site in central London.
