Senior Change Analyst
 
Stellarmann is looking for a Senior Change and Communications Analyst to support an enterprise-wide transformation with their client. The change function is required to support all aspects of business transformation — Change, IT, People, Process, Culture, etc.
 

• Senior Change Analyst
• Experience working on large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation programs for global organisations
• Broad experience across all areas of change: Change, IT, People, Process, Culture
• Ability to work across multiple projects concurrently and manage a high volume of change
• Proven end-to-end change delivery experience
• Able to contribute ideas and input to the change management strategy and framework
• Communications: Strong experience in developing comms strategies, plans, and selecting the most effective channels
• Training: Contribute to defining the content and how training is delivered — strategy, format, and delivery method
• Coordinate readiness assessments and change impact analyses
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and able to add value to processes, documentation in the function.
• Knowledge of change methodologies, e.g. ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin’s, Agile Change Management

 
This contract will run for 6 months initially, paying £450 - £625 per day outside IR35, depending on experience and skill level. The position offers hybrid working and contractually requires 2 days per week in office in London (3 when needed)
