Quality Assurance Specialist – Lloyd's of London Market Insurance – Permanent – Up to £65,000pa
 
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join one of our leading clients in the Lloyd’s and London Insurance Market. You’ll focus on both manual and automated testing, ensuring the quality and performance of Broking and Underwriting systems.
You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have experience in Quality Assurance, testing both front-end and back-end systems.
• Are skilled in testing tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Have worked within the Lloyd’s and London Insurance Market, with hands-on experience in Broking and/or Underwriting systems.
• Are capable of identifying testing issues and driving continuous improvement.
• Have experience managing stakeholder expectations and collaborating across teams.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Strong experience in Quality Assurance (5+ years).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and its testing management capabilities.
• Experience with business change initiatives, system migrations, or workflow transformations.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE, BCS or equivalent).
• Project management certifications such as Prince2 or PMP (desirable but not essential).

Salary: Up to £65,000pa
Location: Hybrid - 3 days in the office per week
