PMO Manager - PMO Setup - Outside IR35
Our sister company Stellarmann are looking for a PMO Manager to set up a PMO function on a large transformation programme. Stellarmann build teams of associates to deliver technology and change programmes, in this case for our consulting client.
This opportunity is based onsite in Leeds 2-4 days per week and is paying between £450 - £550 outside IR35.

Experience required:
- Experience PMO Manager
- Programme/Portfolio level experience
- Previous experience setting up a PMO function
- Change/IT project experience
- Insurance or Financial Services experience highly desirable
