PMO Analyst – Change Environment, Project Governance

Our sister company, Stellarmann, is looking for a PMO Analyst to join their team. This role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment where change is constant. You’ll manage status reports, track KPIs and milestones, identify risks, and challenge Project Managers to ensure projects stay on track.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in PMO roles, with a strong understanding of project management processes.
• Ability to create and manage status reports, KPIs, and project milestones.
• Strong risk identification and mitigation skills, particularly in relation to time risks.
• Confident in challenging PMs and ensuring adherence to project time-lines.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce clear weekly reports for senior leadership.

This contract is set for an initial 5-month term, with the potential for permanent extension. The daily rate is £400 (Outside IR35), dependent on experience and skill level. The role offers hybrid working, requiring three days per week in the office.
