Our client, a specialist bank are looking for a proactive and experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to step into a role with hands-on opportunities across 2nd and some 3rd line support. This position offers the chance to contribute to projects, upskill team members, and work directly with cutting-edge tech.
This opportunity is based in their London office 5 days onsite (4 days after probation)
This is a permanent role paying circa £40,000 - £43,000 with excellent bonus and benefits.

Experience required:
- Demonstratable 2nd Line/Desktop Support experience.
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Intune.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switches, firewalls).
- Familiarity with ITSM tools
- Strong skills in MS Teams and Windows Server (2016–2022).
