We are looking for a Business Project Manager to join a global insurance broker as they continue to enhance their Business Change function.
You will deliver projects such as company M&A, business integrations, office setups across Europe, Target Operating Model (TOM) changes, and large systems replacements. You'll not only focus on delivering these projects but also ensure that the business units receive exceptional support from the Change function, promoting new ways of working and excellent communication.

You'll be a great fit for this role if you:
- Are an experienced Project Manager with a background in Change or Operations.
- Have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to build and maintain relationships across teams.
- Have experience working within a broking environment, or within Lloyd’s or the London Insurance Market.
- Ideally, have experience delivering TOM or M&A projects (desirable but not essential).
