Diversity and Inclusion

Different is good

Its well established that inclusive teams perform better than those that lack a diversity of background and experience.

This is especially true in technology and change teams, where typically only 2% of employees are black and 21% are women, but where the smart decision making, problem solving and innovation that come from diverse teams are particularly important.

When we recruit on your behalf, we welcome the unique contributions candidates bring thanks to their sex, ethnicity, race, gender identity, nationality, age, disability and beliefs.

Skilled staff

Mandatory staff training on ED&I including unconscious bias, cultural competency and inclusive leadership.

Unbiased job ads

Through ongoing training and research, we ensure unintended bias is removed from the language we use in job ads.

Promoting Women In Tech

We host and support networking groups that promote women in change and technology, as well as offering mentoring and advice to women trying to get into IT jobs.

Bespoke search strategy

Please ask us about our options for tailoring our search methods to match your ED&I goals. Whilst we only ever propose candidates based on merit, we can use bespoke approaches to find harder-to-reach people.

In an ongoing campaign for one of our key clients, we have achieved 64% of placements in the last 12 months from diverse backgrounds, including 38% who were women.
