Programme Manager - AI Transformation
Our client, a leading name in the insurance sector, is looking for a Programme Manager/AI Transformation Manager to join their team on an interim basis, Inside IR35.
You will be tasked with working with the international business to kickstart a major programme of Artificial Intelligence Transformation. Working closely with business sponsors, users and 3rd party vendors, you will shape the programme of work and be responsible for the delivery of multiple projects within the programme.
This role would suit candidates with strong AI/GenAI Delivery experience within Insurance or regulated industries, ideally on a global scale.
This contract requires 3 days p/w in office based in Central London and is paying between circa £800 - £1000pd Inside IR35 depending on experience.
You will be right for this role if you:
- Possess extensive Programme Management experience
- Have delivered at least one medium to large scale AI/Gen AI transformation
- Have previous experience spearheading AI/Gen AI, including mobilisation of large scale transformation programmes
- Have a background in Insurance, Financial Services or other Regulated Environments
- Are experienced in RFI/RFP vendor selection phases - Ideally for AI/GenAI
