Senior Desktop Analyst - Private Equity - Permanent
Our financial services client are looking for a Senior Desktop Support Analyst with passion and enthusiasm for excellent VIP Level support. This is a predominately 2nd line role (with some first line executions when needed) to support 500 users in all areas of the business. We are very keen to speak with analysts from regulated companies who are looking for their next move into Private Equity!
You'll be great for this role if:
- You have a passion for quality customer service
- You have supported end users with a range of Microsoft offerings, including office 365 and Active Directory
- You can support users via remote access (Citrix/Meraki VPN connections/MFA)
- Experience with Azure is desirable
- Knowledge of AV systems is desirable
- Experience with ITIL is desirable
- Experience with InTune is also desired
This is a permanent opportunity paying £50,000 - £55,000. The role offers hybrid working with offices based in London.
