We are looking for a Head of Data & Analytics to join one of our Lloyds Market Syndicates as they embark on a multi-year Data & Analytics Transformation. You will be part of a growing firm leveraging the best-in-class technology to create a market leading data function.
You'll be great for this job if you:
- Have proven senior leadership experience in data strategy execution within the insurance sector.
- Possess expertise in data practices, technology, and analytics for insurance.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with proficiency in agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Have experience managing diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
- Can lead complex data change programs and support ongoing data operations.
This is a permanent role paying up to £150,000 per annum + bonus & benefits and offers hybrid working (3 days per week in the client's City based offices).
